Vectron’s VC-711 Crystal Oscillator is an ultra low jitter differential output clock, operating at 2.5 or 3.3 volts in an industry standard hermetically sealed 7×5 ceramic package. The combination of ultra low phase jitter and operation up to 105°C makes the VC-711 a cost effective solution for data center and optical networking applications.

The TX-707 Series Temperature Controlled Crystal Oscillator combines innovative manufacturing and the latest technology to provide low phase noise while supporting temperatures to +105°C. The fully hermetic assembly includes a dual crystal circuit to cancel opposing g-sensitivity vectors while being enclosed in a 5x7mm ceramic package; making the TX-707 a versatile solution for a variety of applications.

Hi-Rel Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillators
is pleased to announce the addition of a radiation tolerant VCSO to our portfolio of space products.  The DOC206559 specification of VCSO’s provides exceptional performance at frequencies up to 1.1GHz by avoiding any multiplication of the SAW device. All active devices are acceptable for use in environments of up to 300krad.  Typical applications include Deep Space Exploration and Commercial & Defense Satellites.  The incorporated Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) resonator is internally fabricated giving Vectron the ability to control all critical processes.

300krad Radiation Tolerant Space Clocks

Construction Suitable for Extreme Radiation Environments

All active devices are acceptable for use in environments of up to 300krad TID or ELDRS by performance of Radiation Lot Acceptance Testing (RLAT) on individual components from the designated wafer lots intended to build the flight units. The ACMOS and LVDS microcircuit die are sourced in accordance with Standard Microcircuit Drawing 5962F, Class V (MIL-PRF-38535) qualified devices and are guaranteed to have no SEL/SEU occurrences at effective LETs of ≤93 and ≤120 MeV-cm2/mg respectively. The bipolar transistors are considered insensitive to Single Event Effects (SEE).
