New Marki Microwave Ultra-Wide 2-22GHz Mixer and 2-18GHz IQ Mixer
We’re blessed to have a legion of die-hard mixer customers always asking us to shatter performance barriers! Last month it was our +40dBm IIP3 MT3-0113SCQG, and now we’re proud to introduce the 2-22 GHz MM1-0222H mixer with a 10:1 bandwidth ratio covering critical bands for electronic warfare, radar, and communication applications. This high IP3, high isolation MMIC mixer operates with a wide LO drive of +11 to +20dBm and has a low 6dB conversion loss through C-band. The MM1-0222H is available as bare die and connectorized module.

At Marki Microwave, we’re known for pushing the limits on instantaneous bandwidth and it doesn’t get much harder than doing this in an IQ mixer. Building on the accomplishment of the 2 to 18 GHz quadrature splitter MQS-0218, the MMIQ-0218L has an impressive 2 to 18 GHz RF/LO bandwidth and DC to 3 GHz IF. To achieve this 9:1 BW ratio required the expert design and integration of ultrawide mixers, quad hybrids, and power dividers. This MMIC IQ mixer provides +5dBm Input P1dB, 27 dB of image rejection, and 58 dB of L-R Isolation with an LO of +17dBm. Our MMIQ series mixers are used in a variety of applications to provide vector modulation, band shifting, and up/downconversion for radar, EW, test & measurement, and quantum computing. The MMIQ-0218L is available today in bare die and connectorized module.
