Once you click the Check Out Button you will be directed to the PayGate secure payment site. This site is protected by a 128 bit security encryption.
This ensures that information cannot be read by others over the Internet. The PayGate Payment Gateway processes your Credit Card and then advises us of the sucess of the transaction or not.
How do I place an online order?
This site supports full e-commerce. You are able to place an order and pay, all online. We will then process your order and deliver it to your door. The first step is to Sign Up. Once signed Up, click the Check Out button.
You will be redirected to a Secure Payment Page that will allow you to select the payment and delivery options. Click the Submit button and the order will be confirmed.
How do I pay?
There are two options for payment these options are Credit Card and Direct Deposit. You can pay with your credit card right here on our web site.
The credit card will be verified with the payment gate way (PayGate). Once accepted the order will immediately be processed. Direct Deposit orders will be process in much the same way, however we require the funds to be cleared in our account before we process your order.
MasterCard SecureCode is a private code for your MasterCard account that gives you an additional layer of online shopping security.
Only you and your financial institution know what your code is – retailers aren’t able to see it. So you can trust that your transactions get independent approval every time.
Please note: all credit card transactions are processed in South African Rands, not international currency. There may be up to a 15% variation between the indicated dollar($) price & the rand(R) price due to currency fluctuations.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Allow up to 24 hours processing time for your order. Also note that some items are subject to availability and will effect the delivery times. For the most up to date information please contact us. In the payment page you will be allowed to select the delivery option that best suites you.
We use Supaswift to deliver all national deliveries. They deliver Next Day to most local Main Centres. Please note that if you are situated outside the listed main centres, delivery can take from 48-72 hours, regardless of which option you select.
I don’t live in South Africa, can I still shop here?
Yes, but we insist all orders are shipped only via FedEx International so that your package can be tracked reliably. Regrettably we cannot send items via the postal system.
All International order are exclusive of our local 15% VAT (Value Added Tax), and this should reflect on your Order Confirmation.
Please note our price does not include any Customs Duty or VAT that your country’s
Custom Department may charge when the goods arrive at your destination.
What is classed as an Outlying Area or Secondary Centre?
Any destination outside of a 50km radius from one of our stations (Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Kimberley, Stellenbosch, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Nelspruit, Vaal, Richards Bay, Rustenburg and Polokwane).
