0201HT Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft

The 0201HT Series from Coilcraft are Low Profile Wirewound Chip Inductors with inductance values from 0.5 to 13 nH. They have higher Q and lower DCR than similarly sized thin-film inductors and are optimized for high-frequency impedance matching in applications such as cell phones, wearable devices, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and LTE/5G IoT networks.

 The 0201HT series inductors provide very high SRF of up to 36 GHz and have a DCR range from 45 to 520 mΩ. These inductors are available in ceramic packages that measure 0.58 x 0.46 x 0.28 mm and are AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C).
