0908SQ Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft

The 0908SQ Series from Coilcraft are Square Air Core Inductors with inductance values from 8.1 to 27.3 nH. They have self-resonant frequencies (SRF) from 2.5 to 5.2 GHz, a DC resistance of less than 10 milli-Ohms, and can handle an RMS current of up to 4.4 A. These inductors have high Q-factors ranging up to 130 and very tight inductance tolerances, making them suitable for narrowband RF amplifier matching and tuning applications.

The 0908SQ Series inductors have a flat top and bottom to ensure reliable pick & place assembly and mechanical stability. High-reliability versions of these inductors are also available for space, military, and other mission-critical applications.
