0302CS Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft

The 0302CS Series from Coilcraft are Ceramic Chip Inductors with inductance values from 0.67 to 100 nH. They have a high Q-factor of up to 131 (at 2.4 GHz) and an inductance tolerance of 5 to 10%. These inductors have DC resistances of less than 3.26 Ohms and a current rating of up to 1600 mA. They are 20% smaller in size than Coilcraft’s 0402CS inductors. These RoHS-compliant inductors are available in a compact 0805 package size that measures 0.86 x 0.53 mm.
