MMD-1640LBH Frequency Multiplier by Marki Microwave
The MMD-1640LBH from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Frequency Doubler that accepts an input frequency of 8 to 20 GHz and provides an output of 16 to 40 GHz. This frequency doubler is fabricated using GaAs Schottky diode technology and is designed for high-frequency synthesis and LO signal chain applications. It has a conversion loss of 14 dB and provides isolation of 55 dB (1F) and 66 dB (3F).
The MMD-1640LBH provides harmonic suppression of 42 dBc at 1F, 52 dBc at 3F, and 17 dBc at 4F. It can handle an input power of up to 25 dBm. This MMIC frequency doubler is available in a connectorized BH package measuring 30.1 × 9.5 mm and has 2.92 mm connectors.
