ATEK564AN3 RF Amplifier by ATEK MIDAS
The ATEK564AN3 from ATEK MIDAS is a wideband driver amplifier that operates from 5 to 22 GHz (can be stretched to 4-24 GHz as well). It provides a flat gain of 20.7 to 25.8 dB across the band and has a P1dB of 21.5 dBm. It requires a single positive supply voltage of 3 to 5 V. The amplifier is available in a compact 3×3 mm low cost SMD package with input and output matched to 50 ohms internally. It is ideal for use with wideband receiver frontends. Evaluation Board, bare die, custom package, and module options are available upon request.
