Mini-Circuits New Model Alert- SIW Meets LTCC!
µCERAMIQ TECHNOLOGY, SIW Bandpass Filters Baked into LTCC Substrates, Up to 80 dB Rejection in an 1812 Footprint
Mini-Circuits continues to expand its portfolio with the introduction of the first SIW bandpass filter models to its innovative µCeramIQ product line. These proprietary designs incorporate SIW filter topologies into LTCC substrates, achieving uniform passband characteristics, steep skirts and stopband rejection on the order of 80 dB. Their rugged, self-shielded construction makes them reliable and resistant to detuning, and their standard 1812 (4.5×3.2×1.1mm) SMT case style is ideal for high-volume pick and place production.
Key Features:
- High-selectivity passbands to 11.5 GHz fC & higher
- Low SWaP-C in an 1812 footprint
- High adjacent band rejection, 80 dB
- Wide stopbands up to 30 GHz
- Low insertion loss
- Self-shielded design prevents detuning
