The ATEK900N3 is a Wideband 2-bit Gain Equalizer with Switchable Gain Slope in steps of 0, 2, 4, and 6 dB covering DC to 18 GHz. Operating from a single +5V supply voltage, the four equalizer states are set by a positive voltage 2-bit control interface. The RF ports are bi-directional and matched to 50 ohms. Pairing the ATEK900N3 Equalizer with any wideband MMIC amplifier is easy, allowing the user to digitally adjust the gain slope of the amplifier in 2 dB increments.

The ATEK900N3 is supplied in a 3 x 3 mm QFN SMT package and offers outstanding linearity of +40 dBm IIP3 for a wide range of radar, SATCOM, SDR, test instrument, and EW/ECM transmitter applications. SMT MMICs and Evaluation Boards are available from stock. Bare die is available upon request.
