MMD-18100HM Frequency Multiplier by Marki Microwave
The MMD-18100HM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Millimeter Wave Doubler that converts input frequencies from 9 to 50 GHz to output frequencies from 18 to 100 GHz. It is fabricated using GaAs Schottky-diode technology and is designed for mmWave frequency synthesis and local-oscillator signal-chain applications. This 2x multiplier provides more than 37 dB of isolation, has a conversion loss of 12 dB, and provides 25 dBc of suppression(1F). It requires an input power of 10 to 20 dBm and can handle up to 27 dBm of input power.
The MMD-18100HM is available as a wire-bondable die or as a module measuring 28.81 × 14.30 mm, with a 1.85 mm (female) connector at the input and a 1.0 mm (female) connector at the output. This REACH- and RoHS-compliant frequency doubler operates over a temperature range from -55°C to +100°C and has EAR99 export classification.
