MM2-0432HPSM-1 RF Mixer by Marki Microwave
The MM2-0432HPSM-1 from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Triple-Balanced MMIC Mixer with RF/LO frequencies from 4 to 32 GHz and IF frequencies from 2 to 8 GHz. It is designed to deliver low conversion loss, high linearity, and isolation in a compact form factor, making it suitable for space-constrained RF assemblies. This MMIC mixer has a conversion loss of 7 dB and provides an isolation of 40 dB (RF-to-IF) and 45 dB (LO-to-RF). It has an input P1dB of +24 dBm.
