QPC6122 RF Switch by Qorvo
The QPC6122 from Qorvo is an Absorptive Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) Switch that operates from 50 MHz to 12 GHz. It is fabricated using Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology and is designed for DPD feedback-path and calibration-path switching. This 50-ohm switch has an insertion loss of less than 1.5 dB and an isolation of 64 dB. It has a switching time of 100 ns, can handle a CW input power of up to 34 dBm and has a return loss of more than 24 dB. Both RF ports are internally terminated in the OFF state for absorptive switching. It supports selectable JEDEC-standard 1.2 V, 1.5 V, and 1.8 V control logic via the LC0 and LC1 pins, while operating from a single positive supply using an internal negative-voltage generator.
The QPC6122 requires a 3.0 to 5.5 V DC supply and draws 100 µA of supply current. It is available in a 12-lead leadless SMT package measuring 2.0 × 2.0 mm and is supplied in 7-inch tape-and-reel packaging with 2,500 units per reel. This RoHS-compliant switch is ideal for wireless infrastructure, massive MIMO (mMIMO) systems, macro radio DPD feedback and calibration paths, and test equipment.
