Mini-Circuits’ SSG-33GHP-RC is a compact wideband signal generator covering 100 MHz to 33 GHz with up to +23 dBm output power, making it ideal for characterizing millimeter-wave components and systems. It supports CW operation, flexible pulse sequences with pulse widths down to 0.5 µs, and automated frequency and power sweep or hop sequences. Designed for benchtop and production test applications, this generator exhibits low phase noise to 33 GHz (-102 dBc, typ @ 100 kHz offset), and highly repeatable performance. Control is available via USB or Ethernet with Windows and Linux software support, while dynamic daisy-chain addressing enables multiple units to operate as a synchronized multi-channel signal source through a single interface.
