ATEK897N4 Tunable Filter by ATEK MIDAS
The ATEK897N4 from ATEK MIDAS is a GaAs MMIC Digitally Tunable Bandpass Filter (BPF) that operates from 18 to 26 GHz with 256 selectable filter states. This BPF has an insertion loss of 8 dB and provides more than 30 dB of rejection across the operating frequency range. It has an input P1dB of 28 dBm, an input return loss of 7 dB, and an output return loss of 10 dB. This 50-ohm filter uses an 8-bit GPIO control interface and achieves a switching speed of less than 200 ns. Its monolithic construction minimizes phase noise degradation caused by mechanical vibration.
The ATEK897N4 requires a 5 V DC supply and consumes 9 mA of current. It is available in a 4 × 4 mm QFN surface-mount package and can operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It is ideal for use in wideband receivers, SDRs, EW, ECM, counter-UAS, telecom, satellite communications, and test & measurement applications.
