Mini-Circuits has powered-up their MMIC product line with broadband-matched GaN MMIC amplifiers that exhibit excellent robustness and efficiency. The GNA series features two innovative models with up to 8W of RF output power and 47% power-added efficiency. Flat large signal gain and low intermodulation distortion over a wide bandwidth make these models ideal for a broad range of applications from Military Radio Systems to SATCOM and more.
