AT9XXF Fixed Attenuator by Smiths Interconnect
The AT9XXF Series from Smiths Interconnect are Chip Attenuators that operate from DC to 20 GHz. They are available in attenuation values from 0 to 6 dB (in 1 dB increments) and 10 dB with an attenuation accuracy of ±0.75 dB. These attenuators can handle a CW input power of up to 0.5 W, a peak power of 5 W, and have a temperature coefficient of attenuation of ±200 ppm/°C. They are constructed on an alumina substrate with rugged thick film terminations and include a silicon nitride protective coating to ensure protection against various environmental conditions. The AT9XXF series attenuators are available in tape and reel surface-mount packages and are ideal for mobile networks, broadcast, high-power amplifiers, isolators/circulators, 5G, and instrumentation applications.
