ATEK564 RF Amplifier by ATEK MIDAS

The ATEK564 from ATEK MIDAS is a GaAs MMIC Driver Amplifier that operates from 5 to 22 GHz. It is designed for radar, SATCOM, SDR, RF testing, and electronic warfare transceiver, and is fabricated using GaAs pHEMT technology. This driver amplifier provides up to 26 dB of gain with a noise figure of 6 dB and an output P1dB of +22 dBm.

The ATEK564 integrates 50-ohm matched RF ports, DC blocks, and a self-bias configuration that requires only two external decoupling capacitors, minimizing the external component count. This amplifier requires a DC supply of 3 to 6 V and draws 123 mA of current. At a +3 V supply, it provides increased gain at reduced power consumption, making it suitable for low-power applications. It is available as a bare die measuring 1.250 × 1.250 mm.
