MBALH-0R106CSP2
Balun by Marki Microwave
The MBALH-0R106CSP2 from Marki Microwave is a 1:1 Passive GaAs MMIC Balun that operates from 0.1 to 6 GHz. It is designed for digital beamforming and higher-order Nyquist sampling applications. This 50 Ohm common-to-50 Ohm differential balun has an insertion loss of less than 3.5 dB, a common-mode rejection of 35 dB, and an isolation of 9 dB between the differential ports. It provides an amplitude balance of 0.2 dB and a phase balance of 0.4°. This balun has a common port return loss of 12 dB and an output return loss of 4 dB.
The MBALH-0R106CSP2 is available in a compact 2.5 × 2.5 mm chip-scale package (CSP) and is compatible with standard pick-and-place assembly processes. This lead-free, RoHS-compliant balun is suitable for balanced receivers, signal integrity, analog-to-digital converters, balanced amplifiers and clock distribution applications.
