The QPB1055 from Qorvo is a 7-Channel Switched Filter Bank Module that operates from 5.2 to 5.9 GHz and is designed for C-band radar applications. It integrates BAW filtering, switching, routing, and control in a compact module, with seven switched filter channels and a bypass path. This 50-ohm switched filter bank has an insertion loss of less than 7 dB and provides 40 dBc of close-in rejection. It can be controlled via a GPIO interface with a switching speed of 480 ns.
The QPB1055 requires a 5 V DC supply and draws 100 µA of current. It is available in a 32-pin leadless OVM package measuring 6 × 6 × 0.793 mm. This RoHS-compliant module has an EAR99 export classification.
