1515SQ Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft

The 151SQ from Coilcraft are Square Air Core Inductors with inductance values of 47 nH, 68 nH, and 82 nH. They have very high quality factors with tight inductance tolerances, making them suitable for narrowband RF amplifier matching and tuning applications. These inductors utilize air as the magnetic core, resulting in high Q-factor and lowest possible losses at high frequencies.
