QPF5001 Front End Module by Qorvo

The QPF5001 from Qorvo is a Multi-Die Dual-Channel Front End Module that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. This FEM integrates a limiter, low noise amplifier (LNA), and a power amplifier (PA). It delivers up to 12 W of transmit saturated output power and has a noise figure of 1.5 dB on the Rx side.

The QPF5001 is configured to interface with a circulator and requires a DC supply of 1.5 V (Rx). This RoHS-compliant module is available as a multi-die QFN package that measures 6 x 5 mm and is ideally suited for communications and commercial/military X-band radar applications. It has an EAR99 export classification.
