The AVA-223MP+ medium power MMIC amplifier exhibits excellent gain flatness over a multi-decade bandwidth with 0.5W output power at saturation and high OIP3. This model was designed and configured for footprint-compatibility with common board layouts for high-linearity transmitter and receiver chains. This PA operates on a +10 VDC supply with 300 mA of current and is housed in a 5 x 5 mm, 32-lead industry-standard, QFN-style package. This versatile design can be used as an ideal driver or high IP3 receiver stage in a broad range of wideband systems.
