BL54L15µ Series RF Module by Ezurio

The BL54L15µ Series from Ezurio are Multiprotocol Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) + 802.15.4 + NFC Combo Modules that operate from 2402 to 2480 MHz. They are designed to deliver enhanced levels of connectivity, efficiency, and security with double the processing power in a compact form-factor. These modules are powered by Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF54L15 SoC and include a 1x 128 MHz ARM Cortex-M33 application processor. They also integrate a 1x 128 MHz RISC-V co-processor with 1.5 MB NVM and 256 KB RAM, security functions, and interfaces. These combo modules support different wireless protocols such as Bluetooth LE 5.4, 802.15.4, and NFC for communication. They deliver a data rate of up to 1 Mbps (BLE) and 250 kbps (802.15.4) with Tx power of up to +8 dBm.

The BL54L15µ Series modules feature PSA-certified Level 3 security with secure boot, secure storage, tamper sensors, and cryptographic accelerators for robust protection against attacks, including side-channel threats. These wireless modules can be programmed with Canvas Software Suite, nRF Connect SDK, and Zephyr RTOS via interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2S, and WDT. They require a DC supply of 1.7 to 3.6 V. The modules are available in a WLCSP package that measures 2.4 x 2.25 mm. They are ideal for use in building automation, security, medical peripherals, and industrial sensors.
