ZVE-0234LNX-K+ RF Amplifier by Mini-Circuits

The ZVE-0234LNX-K+ from Mini-Circuits is a GaAs Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 2 to 30 GHz. It provides a gain of 16 dB with a noise figure of 4.5 dB and an output P1dB of +15 dBm. This LNA is fabricated using Mini-Circuits’ GaAs, pHEMT technology and offers a very flat gain response over a wide frequency range. It also consists of internal protection capabilities to safeguard against reverse voltage. This LNA requires a DC supply of 5.7 to 10 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current.

The ZVE-0234LNX-K+ is available as a rugged, compact module measuring 1.20 x 0.46 x 0.45 inches and has 2.92 mm (female) connectors. The compact casing for this amplifier enables easy system integration. This RoHS-compliant amplifier is ideal for test and instrumentation, 5G FR2 infrastructure, aerospace, defense, radar, and military applications.
