The ZVE-0234LNX-K+ from Mini-Circuits is a GaAs Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 2 to 30 GHz. It provides a gain of 16 dB with a noise figure of 4.5 dB and an output P1dB of +15 dBm. This LNA is fabricated using Mini-CircuitsGaAs, pHEMT technology and offers a very flat gain response over a wide frequency range. It also consists of internal protection capabilities to safeguard against reverse voltage. This LNA requires a DC supply of 5.7 to 10 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current.
