0402CS Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft

The 0402CS Series from Coilcraft are Ceramic Chip Inductors with inductance values ranging from 1 to 120 nH. They are qualified to AEC-Q200 Grade 1 standards and can operate over a temperature range of -40 to 125 °C, making them ideal for automotive and other high-temperature applications. These AEC-Q200 qualified inductors have high Q-factors up to 100 (at 1.7 GHz) and self-resonant frequency (SRF) values ranging from 1.1 to 12.7 GHz. They have DC resistances of less than 2.2 Ohms and support a current rating of up to 1.36 A. These RoHS-compliant inductors are available in a compact 1005 package size that measures 1.19 x 0.64 inches.
