MBAL-0R106CSP2 Balun by Marki Microwave
The MBAL-0R106CSP2 from Marki Microwave is a 1:2 Passive GaAs MMIC Balun that operates from 0.1 to 6 GHz. This balun converts a 50-Ohm common-mode line to a 100-Ohm differential-mode line with an insertion loss of 3.3 dB. It provides a port-to-port isolation of 6 dB with an amplitude balance of 0.1 dB and a phase balance of 0.5°. This 1:2 balun has a return loss of 13 dB at the input and 7 dB at the differential output.
The MBAL-0R106CSP2 is compatible with standard pick-and-place assembly processes. This RoHS-compliant balun is available in a compact chip-scale package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 mm. It is ideal for balanced receivers, analog to digital converters, balanced amplifiers, clock distribution, and signal integrity applications.
This MMIC balun has an EAR99 export classification.
