The new BAT family of models provides excellent attenuation flatness over the entire DC to 60 GHz frequency range in a 1.5 x 1.5mm QFN-style package. Available off the shelf with attenuation values from 0 to 10 dB in 1-dB steps, 12, 15, 20, and 30 dB, these tiny attenuators are sure to be a favorite new building block for any wideband system where minimizing size and weight is a priority.
