MGA-445940-02 RF Amplifier by CML Microcircuits
The MGA-445940-02 from CML Micro is a GaN Linear Power Amplifier that operates from 4.4 to 5.9 GHz. It delivers a linear output power of 34 dBm (2 W) with a gain of 14 dB and an efficiency of 25%.
