ANN-MB3 GPS/GNSS Antenna by u-blox AG

The ANN-MB3 from u-blox is an Active GNSS Antenna that operates from 1559 to 1606 MHz (L1-band) and 1166 to 1249 MHz (L2 and L5 bands). It is a triple-band solution designed to reduce time-to-market for modern multi-constellation, high-precision GNSS applications requiring cm-level accuracy and a reliable RTK positioning, even in challenging environments. This RHCP-polarized antenna provides a gain of 4.3 dBic with an efficiency of 75%. It has an axial ratio of less than 2.5 dB.

The ANN-MB3 also incorporates a low-noise amplifier (LNA) that provides a gain of 31 dB with a noise figure of less than 3.0 dB. It also includes a notch filter that offers an out-of-band rejection of 50 dB in the LTE B13 band. The LNA requires a DC supply of 3 to 5 V and consumes 17 mA of current. This GNSS antenna is available in a screw-mount package with a magnetic base measuring 82.0 x 60.0 x 25.5 mm and has an SMA (male) connector & a RG174 cable. It is ideal for u-blox triple-band F20 high-precision platform and F9 high-precision products that support L1, L2, and L5 bands.
