WA8514-AE Choke by Coilcraft

The WA8514-AE from Coilcraft is an RF Choke with an inductance of 5.6 µH. It is developed for integration into Mini-Circuits’ PHA-202+ monolithic amplifier. This choke has an inductance tolerance of ±20% and a self-resonant frequency of more than 200 MHz. It has a saturation current of 0.73 A and a DC resistance of less than 450 milli-ohms. This RF choke consists of a composite core material.

The WA8514-AE is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4.34 x 1.98 x 1.02 mm and has silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations. This RoHS-compliant broadband choke is tested as per the MIL-STD-202 standard.
