RCM-2SP12T-18 RF Switch by Mini-Circuits
The RCM-2SP12T-18 from Mini-Circuits is a Mechanical Switch Assembly that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It includes 2 electro-mechanical SP12T switches, each with a fail-safe mechanism (normally open with a break-before-make configuration), and has a lifetime of 2 million switching cycles. This switch assembly has an isolation of up to 90 dB and a switching time of 25 ms. It can handle an RF input power of up to 20 W and has an insertion loss of less than 0.6 dB with a return loss of less than 19 dB. This switch assembly can be controlled via either a USB or Ethernet interface.
The RCM-2SP12T-18 requires a DC supply of 24 V and consumes less than 700 mA of current. It is available in a compact benchtop package that measures 209.55 x 29.55 x 107.95 mm and has SMA female connectors. It is ideal for benchtop & rack-mounted automated test systems, 5G FR1, WiFi 6E, millimetre wave radio infrastructure, military radio, radar, electronic warfare, quantum computing, and switch matrix applications.
