0805HQ Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft

The 0805HQ Series from Coilcraft are Automotive-Qualified Ceramic Chip Inductors with inductance values 2.5 to 51 nH. They are ideally designed for use in automotive applications. These AEC-Q200 Grade 1-qualified inductors have a Q-factor of more than 80 and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of up to 10.3 GHz. They have a current rating of 1.6 A and a DC resistance of less than 120 milli-ohms.

The 0805HQ Series inductors are available as a chip measuring 2.29 x 1.73 x 0.51 mm. These RoHS-compliant inductors can operate over a temperature range of -40 to +125 °C.
