0.05 to 10 GHz, Ultra-Tiny MMIC LNAs, High Gain & Low Noise in 1.5 x 1.5mm Footprint
Mini-Circuits’ ultra-tiny PMA1-series of GaAs MMIC LNAs has been a game-changer for reducing size in high-performance wideband receiver systems, and they are giving you more options to support more design requirements. The new PMA1-14LV+ offers a similarly stellar combination of low noise figure and flat gain response with excellent linearity characteristics to its sibling model (PMA1-14LN+), but with lower DC power consumption. This new model operates on a single +5V supply with just 60mA typical current, ideal for applications where managing power and thermal dissipation is critical. Housed in 1.5 x 1.5mm QFN-style package, it’s a perfect fit, even for the tightest PCB layouts.
