BFHK-1202+ Band Pass Filter by Mini-Circuits
The BFHK-1202+ from Mini-Circuits is a Bandpass Filter with a passband from 9.5 to 13.5 GHz and a center frequency of 11.5 GHz. It is fabricated using LTCC technology with a distributed filter topology and shielded construction for stable and repeatable performance. This 50-ohm filter provides more than 40 dB rejection below the passband and more than 52 dB rejection above the passband, with an insertion loss of less than 1 dB. It can handle an input power of up to 1 W and has a return loss of more than 12 dB.
The BFHK-1202+ is available in a compact surface-mount LGA package measuring 4.5 × 3.2 mm with tin-over-nickel terminations. This RoHS- and REACH-compliant is suitable for test and measurement equipment, satellite communications, and aerospace and defense signal conditioning applications.
