The ACT88911 is a highly integrated multi-rail power management IC designed to deliver a complete power solution for advanced processors and system-on-chip applications. It features five buck regulators (two configurable for dual-phase operation up to 10A), two buck-boost regulators, two boost regulators for LED drive, and ten linear regulators/load switches, all in a compact 3.76 x 4.16 mm package. With a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, the device supports flexible power sequencing, dynamic voltage scaling, and multiple low power modes to optimize system efficiency and performance. The integrated master controller enables precise startup/shutdown sequencing and fault monitoring, while the I2C interface allows full programmability without hardware changes. Its configurable GPIOs provide additional system control, LED driving, and interrupt capabilities.
