Engineered for the Congested. Optimized for the Critical.

The ADM-11122PSM wideband, high OIP2 gain block amplifier is optimized for applications where gain and second-order linearity are critical. Covering 2 to 20 GHz, it delivers 19 dB typical gain, 4.2 dB noise figure, 13.7 dBm P1dB, and +55 dBm typical OIP2. Internally matched to 50 ohms and powered by 4 V (84 mA), this 4 × 4 mm QFN amplifier enables superior performance in spectrally congested RF environments.

The MBAL-0R106CSP2 broadband MMIC 1:2 surface mount balun offers excellent amplitude and phase balance across 0.1–6 GHz. With high common mode rejection and performance down to 100 MHz, it is ideal for RFSoC transceiver chains, supporting radar, satcom, phased array, and EW systems while preserving dynamic range.
