PGA-60 Signal Generator by HAROGIC Technologies
The PGA-60 from HAROGIC Technologies is a Handheld Vector Signal Generator (VSG) that operates from 9 kHz to 6 GHz. It is designed to deliver laboratory-grade RF performance for both laboratory and field test applications in a compact form factor. This signal generator consists of a 16-bit DAC for producing high-quality baseband waveforms and a high-performance FPGA interpolator for fine sampling-rate adjustment. It supports multiple signal sweep modes, including single-tone, multi-tone, frequency sweep, power sweep, and digital ramp sweep, with a 100 MHz playback bandwidth and a 50 MHz real-time streaming bandwidth. This VSG delivers an output power from -100 dBm to +14 dBm and has a phase noise of -124 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.
The PGA-60 supports analog modulation schemes including AM, FM, and PM, along with digital modulation formats ranging from ASK, FSK, and PSK to 1024-QAM, DSSS, and OFDM. It integrates a 10.1-inch IPS multi-touchscreen display that supports multi-tone signal generation with configurable tone spacing, phase modes, and in-band notches. This VSG can interface with the SGStudio software for automated frequency response and compression point measurements, and can be controlled remotely via USB 3.0 Type-C and Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, with additional GNSS antenna and reference clock ports for enhanced synchronization. It consumes 35 W of power and supports up to 2.5 hours of operation. This generator is available in a portable enclosure measuring 260 × 185 × 46 mm and an N-type (female) connector.
