EQY-15-123+ Gain Equalizer by Mini-Circuits
The EQY-15-123+ from Mini-Circuits is a Gain Equalizer that operates from DC to 12 GHz. It is fabricated using a GaAs MMIC IPD process and is designed to compensate for the gain roll-off of amplifiers, receivers, transmitters, and transmission lines, enabling a flatter frequency response in wideband RF systems. This 50-ohm, absorptive gain equalizer provides a linear positive equalization slope across the operating band and has an insertion loss of less than 17.4 dB. It can handle an RF input power of up to 30 dBm and has input and output return losses of more than 16 dB. Its bidirectional design allows either port to be used as the RF input or output.
The EQY-15-123+ is available in a 6-lead QFN package measuring 1.5 × 1.5 mm. This RoHS-compliant gain equalizer is ideal for test and measurement equipment, satellite communications, radar, and electronic warfare (EW)/electronic countermeasure (ECM) systems.
