Passive GaAs MMIC 46.50-63.50 GHz Bandpass Filter

The MFBC-00009CH family of passive MMIC bandpass filters are an ideal solution for small form factor, mmWave, high rejection filtering. Passive GaAs MMIC technology allows production of smaller filter constructions that replace larger form factor circuit board constructions. Tight fabrication tolerances allow for less unit-to-unit variation than traditional filter technologies. Low unit-to-unit variation allows for accurate simulations using the provided S2P file taken from measured production units. The MFBC-00009CH is available as a wire bondable die.

High-rejection filtering meets a compact MMIC form factor.

The MFBC-00009CH is a passive GaAs MMIC bandpass filter covering 46.50 to 63.50 GHz. With a 54 GHz typical center frequency, it delivers 2.3 dB insertion loss, 20 dB passband return loss, and 67 dB stopband suppression.

Passive GaAs MMIC technology enables smaller filter constructions compared with larger circuit board constructions, while tight fabrication tolerances provide low unit-to-unit variation.
