T1060 RF Transmitter by HAROGIC Technologies
The T1000 Series from HAROGIC Technologies are Single-Channel RF Transmitters that operate from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. They embed powerful edge computing capabilities in a compact form factor, making them suitable for complex tasks and distributed field deployments. These transmitters include a baseband subsystem, an FPGA interpolator, high-speed memory, and a Raspberry Pi 5 host. The high-speed memory supports up to 100 MHz on-board playback and 50 MHz storage playback, while the interpolator provides fine sampling rate control up to 125 MSPS to improve RF performance and reduce processing load on the host.
The baseband subsystem integrated into these transmitters also includes a 16-bit DAC to ensure high-quality baseband output. These transmitters deliver an output power from 7 to 14 dBm, and have a phase noise of -124 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. They also integrate GNSS for timing, positioning, and frequency calibration and support GPIO, external reference input, and PPS triggering. These systems provide Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and a unified API, with support for C/C++, C#, Python, MATLAB, Qt, LabVIEW, and GNU Radio development environments on Windows and Linux. They are powered through a USB Type-C port with 9 V and 12 V, and consume less than 12 A of current. These transmitters are available in compact modules measuring 87 × 78 × 38 mm and have SMA (female) connectors.
