The BL54LM20B Series from Ezurio are Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 6.0 + 802.15.4 (Thread and Matter) + NFC Combo Modules that operate at 2.4 GHz. They are secure low-power solutions designed to support enhanced memory capacity and integration features with Edge AI processing. These modules are based on Nordic’s nRF54LM20B SoC and consist of a 128 MHz ARM Cortex-M33 processor, a 128 MHz RISC-V co-processor, 2 MB NVM and 512 KB RAM memories, a chip antenna, and security. They also integrate an Axon NPU that provides up to 15x faster on-device AI inferences, improved power efficiency, and real-time offline AI/ML inference without cloud connectivity.
The BL54LM20B Series modules deliver data rates of up to 2 Mbps on BLE and 250 Kbps on 802.15.4, up to +8 dBm Tx output power, and -95.5 dBm Rx sensitivity. They comply with PSA Certified Level 3 security standards and support Secure Boot, Secure Firmware Update, Secure Storage, and protection against physical attacks. These modules also support flexible application development using the Nordic nRF Connect SDK, Zephyr RTOS, and Canvas Software Suite. The modules can be controlled remotely via high-speed peripherals alongside low-leakage peripherals such as timers, ADC, PWM, QDEC, I2S, and NFC, and require a 1.7 to 3.6 V DC supply. They are available in packages measuring 11.0 × 8.0 × 1.8 mm and have an MHF4 connector.
