MFHP-00037CSP1 RF High Pass Filter by Marki Microwave

The MFHP-00037CSP1 from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs MMIC Highpass Filter (HPF) with a 3 dB cutoff frequency of 23.6 GHz. It is fabricated using Passive GaAs MMIC technology and is designed for compact, high-rejection filtering applications. This HPF provides an out-of-band rejection of more than 30 dBc and has an insertion loss of 0.6 dB. It provides a typical passband return loss of 21 dB and a group delay of 26 ps.

The MFHP-00037CSP1 is available in a compact CSP package measuring 1.5 × 1.5 mm. This RoHS- and REACH-compliant filter features fast roll-off and high stopband suppression, with two input/output ports and a ground paddle for RF grounding.
