The ATEK169P3 is designed for applications requiring wide frequency coverage with low noise and consistent gain performance. Its internally matched 50 Ω design minimizes external circuitry, simplifying layouts while delivering excellent broadband performance across multiple RF and microwave bands. The compact, low-parasitic package allows designers to cascade stages easily, extending gain while maintaining flat frequency response.
The ATEK951P4 is a wideband low noise amplifier with bypass path covering 0.01 to 8 GHz frequency range from a single positive supply. The operational low frequency range can be extended by increasing external component values. The bypass state is controlled with positive voltage, eliminating the need for negative voltage. It is an ideal solution for wideband SDR receivers and test equipment where reliable performance over broad frequency ranges is critical.
The ATEK150P3 delivers 21 dB of flat gain and an exceptionally low 1.5 dB noise figure across its ultra-wide operational bandwidth. Housed in a compact 3 mm × 3 mm SMD package, it simplifies wideband receiver front-ends through single-supply operation and internal 50 Ω matching. For applications requiring lower frequency coverage, designers can further extend the low-frequency cutoff by adjusting external component values.
Optimized for lower frequency and sub-3 GHz infrastructure applications, the ATEK175BP3 achieves a remarkable 0.7 dB noise figure while providing 22 dB of flat gain. Its internally matched architecture eliminates the need for external matching networks, reducing board space and design complexity. The device can also be configured for even lower frequency operation with simple external component modifications.
When reliable gain is needed from low frequency regions through several gigahertz, the ATEK590P2 provides an excellent solution. This cascadable gain block amplifier operates from a single supply and is packaged in an ultra-miniature 2 mm × 2 mm SMT footprint. With a low frequency response extending into the kHz range, it helps eliminate multi-stage design complexities while providing dependable broadband gain.
