R1000 Series Spectrum Monitoring Receiver by HAROGIC Technologies
The R1000 Series from HAROGIC Technologies are Embedded Spectrum Monitoring Receivers that operate from 10 MHz to 40 GHz. They are designed to provide excellent noise performance while lowering overall system cost, making them suitable for independent complex signal processing and distributed field deployments. These receivers employ a 64-bit quad-core Cortex-A76 CPU with 32 GB eMMC, an FPGA, and a superheterodyne architecture with up to 14 pre-selector filters, modules, and interfaces. They can monitor signals in real time over a 50 MHz RTBW (expandable to 100 MHz) and sample I/Q signals at 62.5 MSPS.
The R1000 Series receivers have a noise figure of less than 24 dB, an SFDR of more than 70 dB, and image & IF rejection of more than 95 dBc up to 9 GHz. These receivers allow RF signal acquisition, identification, processing, and control applications to run locally without an external computer. A unified API also enables them to function as I/Q data sources for host computers, with support for C/C++, C#, Python, MATLAB, Qt, LabVIEW, and GNU Radio on Windows and Linux OS. The receivers provide 1 GbE and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity, and can be powered through a USB port with 9 V or 12 V DC supplies or PoE. They are available in enclosures measuring 120 × 63 × 33 mm and 128 × 63 × 33 mm, and have SMA (female) & 2.92 mm (female) connectors.
