2W MMIC Power Amplifier

3+ Decades of Bandwidth. 2W PSAT. One Amplifier.

Introducing the PMA5-223+, Mini-Circuits’ widest-bandwidth MMIC power amplifier to date! This new GaAs pHEMT distributed amplifier delivers exceptional performance from 10 MHz to 22 GHz, combining +33 dBm typical saturated output power, 15.5 dB typical gain, and excellent linearity with +43 dBm OIP3 at 10 GHz. Designed for broadband applications demanding high output power with low distortion, the PMA5-223+ incorporates 50Ω input/output matching housed in a compact 5×5 mm QFN-style package. Also available in bare die, it’s an ideal solution for wideband test instrumentation, satellite communications, radar, and electronic warfare systems—delivering extraordinary frequency coverage and power performance in a single surface-mount device.

Key Features:

  • Ultra-wide bandwidth, 10 MHz to 22 GHz
  • +33 dBm PSAT Typ.
  • 15.5 dB linear gain
  • +43 dBm OIP3 (@POUT = +20 dBm/tone)
  • 5×5 mm 32-lead QFN-style package
