ADM-11122PSM RF Amplifier by Marki Microwave
The ADM-11122PSM from Marki Microwave is a Gain Block Amplifier that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It is optimized for high second-order linearity, making it suitable for direct-conversion EW systems and wideband signal chains where even-order distortion performance is critical. This gain block provides a small-signal gain of 19 dB with an output P1dB of 13.7 dBm, and a noise figure of 4.2 dB. It has an input/output return loss of 10 dB and a reverse isolation of 35 dB.
The ADM-11122PSM requires a 4 V DC supply and draws 84 mA of current. This RoHS-compliant gain block is available in a 4 x 4 mm QFN package, making it suitable for compact, high-frequency system integration. It has an EAR99 export classification.
