0201DS Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft
The 0201DS Series from Coilcraft are Wirewound Chip Inductors with inductance values from 0.5 to 14 nH. They are designed for narrowband filtering and isolation in miniature form factors for mobile applications and feature a ceramic core. These inductors are available with inductance tolerances of 3%, 5%, and 10%, with a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of more than 24 GHz and a Q-factor of up to 64. They have a current rating of 1250 mA and a DC resistance of less than 440 mΩ.
The 0201DS Series inductors are available in 0603-size packages measuring 0.58 × 0.46 × 0.45 mm. These RoHS-compliant inductors are tested in accordance with MIL-STD-202, Method 215.
