QPC8014Q RF Switch by Qorvo

The QPC8014Q from Qorvo is an SP6T Switch that operates from 617 to 6000 MHz. It has a switching speed of 3.2 µs and provides an isolation of 45 dB (LTE Band 5). This AEC-Q100 Grade 3-qualified switch can handle a CW input power of 37 dBm (~5 W) and has an insertion loss of 0.44 dB and a VSWR of 1.10:1. It is optimized for LTE and diversity applications, and allows for the smallest solution size with compatibility for RF front-end (RFFE) 2.0. This SP6T switch requires a DC supply from 1.65 to 1.95 V, consumes less than 27 µA (active mode) of current, and does not require external DC blocking capacitors. This switch is available in a module that measures 1.10 x 1.90 x 0.44 mm. It is ideal for automotive telematics applications.
