LEE1-Series, SWAP-C Countdown!, High-Dynamic-Range MMIC Amplifiers in 1.5 x 1.5mm Footprint for Satcom, Microwave Backhaul & More!

Mini-Circuits counting down the size of their popular LEE-series of MMIC amplifiers, with new models housed in ultra-tiny 1.5 x 1.5mm 6-lead QFN-style packages. These InGaP HBT-based designs support broadband or multi-band use from DC to 7 GHz with outstanding dynamic range, making them ideal for sensitive receiver applications in satcom, microwave backhaul, radar and more. Internally matched with current consumption as low as 35 mA, they’re easy on your power budget and easy to integrate in dense layouts.

These unique GaAs-based switches have grown in popularity and offer several advantages, including fast switching speed and better power handling at lower frequencies than competitive devices utilizing SOI, and at a fraction of the cost!
